Neurodiversity-Affirming Coach

Natalie Bianco M.A., CCC-SLP/L

I'm Natalie, and I am a practicing speech-language pathologist! I find it easy to empathize with some of the clients I work with, as I have struggled before myself! I was a great student, but it took me much longer to complete assignments, and I had to repeat things over and over to myself to try and remember them. As school continued to get harder, I ended up suffering a mild traumatic brain injury and had to take an entire semester off in high school. Between this and my late diagnosis of ADHD, I felt agonized by my differences and that I could not live up to the unrealistic expectations I set for myself.

As I move through my practice and adulthood, I continue to learn to give myself grace and see how resilient I am. I hope to empower others to see it in themselves. There is so much to learn from others who have been through similar situations, and connecting with others through a community is one way to help me do so!
